A tool won't install or update

Common causes:

1. The network dropped or timed out: try again on another network.
2. "Please update the app to install this tool": this tool needs a newer version of Numable. Update it from the store you installed Numable from.
3. "Security check failed. The file may have been tampered with.": the download may have been corrupted or altered. Try again on another network, and let us know if it keeps failing.
4. "Not available in your region": this tool isn't offered where you are.
5. "This tool is unavailable": it has been taken down or can't be reached right now. Try again later.
6. "Not enough storage": free up some space and try again.

Every tool from the Store must pass a security check before it's installed. If the check fails, it isn't installed, so content of unknown origin can't get onto your device.
