On HarmonyOS, service widgets show what the app displayed the last time you opened it. Service widgets don't get data on their own, so no setting will make them update faster.
To see new data, open the app once and let the dashboard update. The service widgets on your home screen will update along with it. Me › Service widget refresh only affects battery use, not how current the data is.
